BPEC Legionella Risk Assessments & Water System Disinfection
This 1-day course provides a comprehensive overview of the main legislative and guidance documents, relative to the control of Legionnaire’s disease and the disinfection of water systems, as well as practical guidance on how to carry out a risk assessment of a cold and hot water system in a building and make recommendations to rectify the problems.

It is designed to meet the requirements of the revised Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) and Guidance: Legionnaire’s disease: The control of Legionella bacteria.
This course has been designed for those already working within the Building Services industry as plumbers or maintenance engineers.

Entry Requirements
BPEC require candidates to confirm they have a Plumbing qualification, or a brief letter from their employer saying they have relevant experience.
