Please note -The 18th Edition is delivered over 3-Days virtually with a 2 hour 60 question multiple-choice exam on the 4th Day held at the Falkirk Campus of Forth Valley College at 9.30am.  Candidates must arrive no later than 9am.

Entry Requirements

  • Candidates must be aged 18 or over to qualify for this course.

  • There are no formal entry requirements although candidates will require a basic knowledge of electrical installation and principles.

These regulations are recognised by the British Standards Institute as a British Standard (BS7671).

Please note: there is one open-book online examination which is based on the whole book (BS7671:2018+A2:2022) and incorporates all changes from previous editions for both the 1 & 3-day courses.
