- Awarding Bodies: Your personal details may be shared with awarding bodies responsible for the certification and accreditation of the course or Programme. This includes the transfer of personal data necessary for registration, assessment, and certification purposes.
- Subcontractors: In order to provide comprehensive programme delivery and support services, subcontractors may have access to your personal information. These subcontractors are bound by contractual agreements to process your personal data securely and confidentially, and solely for the purpose of delivering the course or Programme.
- Colleges: To facilitate administrative processes, academic support, and student services, your personal information may be shared with affiliated colleges involved in the delivery of the HNC Programme. This may include, but is not limited to, academic advisors, administrative staff, and student support services.
- Employers: For the purpose of invoicing or certification - relevant personal details may be shared with the candidates employers or industry partners.

We may disclose information about you to law enforcement officials in the investigation of any alleged unlawful activities by you.
