SQA First Aid Emergency
A basic first aid course focusing on adult life-threatening emergencies, designed for individuals who wish to become an emergency first aider in the workplace

You will gain the confidence and practical skills to manage life-threatening emergencies as well as a wide range of workplace injuries and illnesses. Training is based on adult casualties.

Prerequisites

This is a hands on course that includes physical elements such as demonstrating CPR on a manikin. You will also be required to kneel on the floor to carry out the practical assessments and we would ask that you dress accordingly.

Certification
On successful completion, you will receive an Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate, valid for 3 years
