ExA is designed to provide essential knowledge for anyone working in or around explosive atmospheres. It supports safety, compliance, and informed decision-making and opens the door to learners who may be new to the sector but need some basic knowledge.

The Ex Awareness qualification gives learners a solid grounding in:

  • Hazard perception
  • Key safety standards
  • Fundamental principles of hazardous area working

  • Understand how to work safely in hazardous areas
