- Learn the concept of mental health and mental well being
- Recognise the signs of stress and its impact on your mental well being
- Identify current challenges and what is and is not within your control
- Identify a number of coping strategies to manage own stress level, including mindfulness
- Learn the short and long term effects bullying could have on the victim and the organisation
- Recognise the organisational factors which might perpetuate a bullying culture within the organisation and the current legal context
- Put in place good practice in responding allegations: investigating; supporting parties; managing the aftermath
- Develop and Action Plan to improve the organisation’s policies and procedure ensuring they are compliant

This is an interactive Tutor-led workshop delivered to an existing team. The use of case studies, quizzes and self-assessment tools and paired discussions are incorporated into the workshop.
