Coaching My Team
This practical one-day workshop helps managers develop the skills and confidence to balance their dual roles as both leaders and mentors. Participants will learn how to listen and question effectively, set meaningful goals, and apply proven coaching and mentoring techniques to support team members’ growth. Description
The course also explores common barriers to effective coaching, strategies to overcome them, and ways to motivate individuals to achieve their potential. By the end of the session, you will have a toolkit of approaches to become a more effective, supportive, and inspiring manager-coach.
