This one-day workshop equips participants with the skills and confidence to effectively manage challenging people, situations, and conversations in the workplace. You will explore why difficult interactions arise, how to understand both what is being said and what is left unsaid, and how to approach these moments with clarity and professionalism. Description
Through practical tools and techniques, you will strengthen your ability to give constructive feedback, resolve conflict, deal with difficult customers, and communicate assertively — ensuring you can turn challenging interactions into opportunities for positive outcomes.
